Terms of Use
Last updated: 2 November 2026
These terms apply when you use meetall: the site meetall.me and its mirror ru.meetall.me, the meetall browser extension and the meetall Telegram bot. By using meetall you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
meetall is a free service for video calls in the browser, with chat, files, direct messages, watching videos together, a whiteboard, captions, transcripts and other features.
We are constantly improving meetall, so features may change, appear or disappear. We may also limit how much of something one person can use (for example the number of AI summaries a day) to keep the service working for everyone.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
- Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to it, change the password: that signs you out everywhere.
- Do not choose a username that pretends to be someone else or insults people. We may change or take back such a name.
- You may stop using meetall at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).
3. Calls without an account and guests
A call without an account gives you a room and a link for 24 hours. A guest joins by name only. Anyone who has the link can come into an open room, so share links carefully, and use the waiting room if you want to let each person in yourself.
The organiser of a room decides who takes part: lets people in, removes them and appoints moderators.
4. What is not allowed
When you use meetall, do not:
- break the law or help others to do so;
- harass, threaten or bully people, or spread hatred against people because of who they are;
- share any content that sexualises minors, or sexual content of anyone without their consent;
- publish other people’s personal data, or record people where the law requires their consent and you do not have it;
- send spam, phishing or malware, or deceive people for money;
- share content you have no right to share, including watching together what you have no right to watch;
- try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, get into other people’s accounts or rooms, or collect data about users;
- pretend to be another person or organisation.
5. Your content
What you send in meetall (messages, files, photos, stickers, voice messages and video notes) remains yours. You give us permission to store, send and show it only to the extent needed to run the service: for example, to show your message to the people in the chat.
You are responsible for what you send. We do not review content in advance, but we may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the law, and pass information to authorities when the law requires it.
6. Recordings, transcripts and AI summaries
- A recording of a call is made in your browser and saved on your device; everyone in the call sees that a recording is in progress. Before recording, make sure that this is allowed where you and the other people are.
- A transcript starts only if everyone in the call agrees, and anyone can stop it. The finished text goes to the room’s chat.
- An AI summary is written by a model (Google Gemini) only when a participant asks for it and confirms sending the text. It is made automatically and may contain mistakes: check the important things before relying on them.
7. Other services
meetall works with services of other companies: YouTube, Twitch, RuTube, Netflix, Kinopoisk, Telegram, Google and others. Their own terms apply to them, and to watch Netflix or Kinopoisk together each person needs their own subscription. meetall is not affiliated with these companies.
8. No warranty
meetall is free and provided “as is”. We do our best, but we cannot promise that it will always work without interruptions or errors, that every call will connect, or that data will never be lost: keep copies of what matters to you.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data that come from using meetall or from not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms, and we may stop meetall or part of it. If we stop the whole service, we will try to say so in advance so you can save what you need.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the current version is at the top of this page. We will announce important changes in meetall in advance. If you keep using meetall after the changes, you accept the new version.
